The TO in to:design ;) I’m a small town girl, with big city style and a lifelong love of design and storytelling. I didn’t take a straight line into entrepreneurship. For years, I was stuck in an insurance job that never felt like “me,” watching my creativity sit on the shelf while life moved on around me.

Then motherhood and an unexpected open-heart surgery during COVID shifted everything. Suddenly, the path I was on didn’t make sense anymore. I realized life was too short not to build something meaningful, something creative, something mine.

So I chose myself. I returned to design, launched to:design studio, and built a business that lets me support entrepreneurs who are ready for their own next chapter.
